Our Products: All products sold are new with tags. We purchase our merchandise directly from the distributor but in some cases, the merchandise that we purchase has been returned to the distributor by major department stores and will show signs of customer handling such as: Loose ends, small snags/runs/fixable seam separations, surface dirt/make up that will come off easily if washed or dry cleaned.
Return Policy: For items purchased through our auction system, all sales are final, we sell our products at up to 90% off retail price and we cannot afford to offer the same service as boutiques that sell at full retail price. However, if an item displays a major flaw and it was not mentioned on the listing, you may contact our customer service department and your item will be exchanged or an arrangement for compensation will be offered.
We offer a return service for items purchased through our ‘buy it now’ and ‘fixed price’ systems. For a return, you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving the item.
Tax: By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses in California. CA Sales Tax is 9.75% of the winning bid price.
